For tech detectives who spend their days digging through regulatory databases to find unreleased gadgets, today brought a breakthrough. A brand-new, unannounced Suunto watch has just leaked through SIRIM, Malaysia’s official certification database.
The device is registered under the model number OW245 by the applicant “SUUNTO (M) SPORTS TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD.” According to the official certification details, the watch was approved on April 24, 2026, and its certification will remain valid until April 23, 2031.
While the database entry simply labels the device as a “WATCH,” all signs point to this being the heavily rumored Suunto Core 2.
