A few weeks ago, we first broke the news about an unreleased Suunto device with model number HR264. At the time, we spotted the wearable across regulatory filings in Singapore, Russia, and the UAE. While the certifications confirmed Suunto was working on a heart rate tracking device, we were still putting the pieces together on its final form factor and official marketing name.
Today, thanks to a tip sent directly to us by reader Xiang Yuan, we finally have the full picture. Xiang reached out with clear hands-on photos revealing the final design, name, pricing, and launch timeline for the device: the Suunto Flex Band.
What the Photos Reveal

The newly leaked images give us our clearest look yet at the Suunto Flex Band (Model HR264) and its accompanying accessories:
-
Official Device Branding: The back casing clearly reads “SUUNTO FLEX BAND – HR264″, confirming the device name alongside standard regulatory identifiers and “Designed in Finland – Made in China.”
-
Screenless Module Design: The core tracker is a sleek, black, rectangular module without a traditional display screen, featuring the Suunto logo on the lower front bezel.
-
Optical Heart Rate Sensor Array: On the underside, there is a multi-LED optical heart rate sensor cluster surrounded by four charging contacts.
-
Charging Cradle & Cable: The band comes with a proprietary magnetic 4-pin charging puck connected to a braided USB-C cable. The charging puck carries model identifier CC270.
-
Interchangeable Straps: The images show two distinct elastic fabric strap options—a lighter gray hook-and-loop fabric band and a secondary black fabric strap labeled with Suunto branding. The tracker module sits inside a protective border cradle attached to the strap.
Launch Date and Pricing
According to the details shared by Xiang, the Suunto Flex Band is expected to launch towards the end of Q4 2026 with an estimated retail price of €179 in Europe.
At this price point, Suunto appears to be targeting active users and athletes looking for a lightweight, screenless recovery and performance tracker or a dedicated optical heart rate monitoring band to pair with bike computers and sport watches.
We will continue monitoring regulatory databases and official channels as Q4 progresses for any additional details leading up to the official launch. Special thanks to Xiang Yuan for sharing these exclusive photos with the Wearable Fans community!
